"Everything was great. I wish I remember the name of the employee who checked us in around 5pm on Oct 7- she was absolutely so funny and welcoming. She even arranged for my in-laws to have a room on the same floor as us. We loved this location for our visit to fort Jackson. Highly recommend it for families with kids as the pool is perfect and the hot tub works great. "

"The check in staff were awesome and she was a joy to meet.
The bathroom has water damage on tje door and it is in need of replacement. Would be nice to have a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
The room was clean and tidy.
The bed was too firm for me. "
