The bed linen is of high quality and the staff in general tries hard to make you feel comfortable. For the price they charge that’s all kind of expected though in my view.
On the negative side, service is a bit sloppy. As an example they offered us a butler service to unpack our bags and organize clothes. We accepted...

Não fiquei no hotel, fui bora do local após 30 minutos qie cheguei. os quartos estavam sujos, e tinha baratas no banheiro. Sem duvidas a pior experiencia que tive num hotel em toda a minha vida. Encontrei uma aranha enorme no quarto."

"Deidre and the rest of the staff were really nice and helpful! This hotel is right on the beach and a short beach walk to Cumbuco and many other beachside restaurants. We loved the hammocks for every room and beachside massages. We had a great and affordable stay!"
