He gave us tips on where to dine & activities in the area.
He even gave us 2 dz pastured raised eggs from his chickens for us to take home with us.

It was difficult, arriving after hours (8:30 pm), to locate the Office - not located at street level and with lights turn off.
There was some interior damage to our Unit (#9) - interior of bathroom door and shower tub (seemed unfortunately like intentional harm)."

"Friendly staff and guests. Super tidy and clean rooms and property. Convenient location however there was a lot of new construction in the area so at times the machinery noises were very distracting
Our suite was on the bottom with convenient parking but our upstairs neighbors were very active elephants
The pool was very nice with lots of pool accessories for all ages and was great for relaxing in the water

Imagine strolling along Seaview Pier for some great waterfront pics. It's located 2.2 mi (3.5 km) from central North Topsail Beach. The local area is also good for activities like fishing and surfing. If you carry on walking you'll get to North Topsail Beach for some more water views.
