"My sister and I stayed here and thought it was a fabulous hotel. I had made a mistake and reserved the wrong room type and the staff were incredibly helpful and did everything in their power to make sure we were in a room that suited us.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Great drink options from the hotel bar, we loved the sushi restaurant and there were spectacular views from the pool area. It was in a great location to the town. It was a quick walk down and we would rent scooters to come back as there was a slight hill. I would love to come back again. "
"What a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Already planning to return and I haven’t left yet!
Staff are all very kind and helpful, the room was gorgeous (102), food amazing, right on the beach and pool is perfect.
Can’t fault it! "
"Beautiful property, outstanding location (ocean front and easy walk to Cascais city center). Room was nicely appointed. Customer service levels were high."
"The location cannot be better,
The staff were excellent,
The breakfast, and evening meals were first rate.
They even surprised me with a birthday cake and wine, as they had spotted it was my birthday.
I can fully recommend it."
"Great hotel in the best neighborhoods. Although they do advertise free parking but they only have 6 spots so you have to park in the street and pay. Not fun getting up early to run to your car to add a pay ticket first thing in the morning.
Most of the staff is pleasant but I do feel they should hire a more experienced staff. Some were outstanding but they didn’t work weekends and the others were young and inconsistent with their service. One lady in the dining room was awful and refused to get us a glass juice. it was odd but the food was great. And overall a good experience . "
