When I mentioned that all the reviews said not to get a room on an upper floor because the noise from the rooftop bar, they accommodated me, but identified me as “noise-sensitive”. Bigger problem was that reception said I...

"This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave"

Food does not correspond exactly to 5 star hotel. I wish them to improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. In this direction can definitely do some work.

The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast
Not all of the electrical plugs worked but we managed to find two that did. Still a good place to stay and their sauna and steam room is a welcomed sight after a day of activity "

"Spent 4 nights at MPM Sport Hotel in February. The hotel has a great location next to the gondola and in the main street with resturants and bars. My room had a balcony with a view to the bottom of the ski road and I did not notice any noice from the outside. Good breakfast and nice
