"The room itself was fair. The check in process was horrible. I paid to upgrade my room and have a high floor. Upon arrival (check in @3pm) they had me and my wife waiting for 2 hours to get our room. They said they would call when it was ready, they didn’t. I was sitting right next to the reception desks, nobody informed me. After approaching to see if it was ready, they said the room was ready after 2 whole hours. We just flew in and were exhausted and had to wait 2 hours for a room that we had booked well before that day. The customer service was trash in this experience. I kept asking why this would happen and they just kept ignoring me. Unacceptable behavior. They proceeded to give me 1 drink voucher. Not even 2 for me and my wife. Look elsewhere."
"Clean and comfortable accommodation. Great shower, great hair dryer which is a bonus. Room was dark with it being top floor with tiny window but otherwise nice room.
Breakfast was nice but the self serve drinks aren’t great, fresh juice would be much better than the watery diluted juice on offer. But overall I would recommend. "
"My mum needed an accessible room. It was perfect. Wallk in shower with seat and adjustments to other facilities in the room without losing the5 star feel. Would highly recommend for any disabled guest. "
